The New York Mets have their third play-by-play radio broadcaster for the upcoming 2022 season in Jake Eisenberg.
Eisenberg, who also leads broadcasts for the Triple-A Omaha Storm Chasers, will call between 20 and 30 Mets games this season filling in for Howie Rose on 880 WCBS.
The Mets have had to shuffle their broadcast team ahead of the new campaign following the recent retirement of Eddie Coleman. The team announced Brad Heller will assume Coleman's broadcasting duties.
A 2017 graduate of the University of Maryland, Jake Eisenberg has spent the last several seasons climbing the minor league ranks. Stops prior to Omaha included the Single-A Brooklyn Cyclones and the Double-A Richmond Flying Squirrels.
