The calendar has officially turned to February and that means we're another month closer to spring. That also brings the unofficial start to the new college football season.
Programs will take the field in March and April for their annual spring games, giving fans a very early look at what teams will look like when games kick off again in September. If you're a fan of an ACC school, you'll be tuning in to ACC Network catch your respective program's spring game.
ESPN announced on Tuesday that all 14 spring football games will be on ACC Network. Coverage begins on March 17 at Georgia Tech and eventually ends April 23 with Virginia.
The network plans two quadruple-headers of live coverage beginning April 9 with Boston College, Clemson, UNC and Florida State, followed on April 16 with Miami, Wake Forest, Virginia Tech and Duke.
N.C. State and Pittsburgh's games will air on tape delay on April 9 at 7 and 9 p.m. ET respectively.
ESPN plans to announce commentator assignments and more details on spring games in the coming weeks.
