NetApp has acquired cloud optimisation platform CloudChekr, during its expansion into FinOps market. While no financial details are disclosed, NetApp executive Anthony Lye said that CloudChekr will "add cost visibility with automated actions, secure configurations, and deep insights". The acquisition will help expand Spot by NetApps FinOps offering, while enterprises will get a better understanding of cloud resources and how best to utilise them.
