Here's how you can schedule your week in a manner that makes it possible to enjoy exciting evenings without being dependent on the Internet:
Dance tango or salsa for example on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Offline military sims with paintball, laser or airsoft guns on Sundays and Thursdays.
Visit the pub on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
After I get in shape I will shift from online activity to an offline schedule. Not easy to get in shape when one has narcolepsy. In my case it may take a year, but it's worth it.
I need adrenaline and movement to stay awake. Dancing with beautiful women keeps you awake. Alcohol also works (as long as one keeps drinking or else it will actually make you more sleepy when stopping the intake of alcohol).
Happy to have found relatively adrenaline-inducing activities that can be done safely even when I have narcolepsy. Skydiving and skateboarding would have provided more adrenaline, but that's not safe when suddenly being sleepy because of narcolepsy.
The above schedule even works after WW3, if you survive. Big Tech is therefore unnecessary, redundant. Liberate your mind from it. I will still play games this year, to take focus away from the discomfort of narcolepsy, but the moment I'm in shape again: goodbye to high-tech dependency.
Big Tech equipment and services can make life better if you are sick, but healthy people should not become tech addicts.
