Since acquiring rights to NFL Films game footage for the 2022 season, Pat McAfee has been busy preparing his "progrum" to go all-in on the NFL.
While the return of "Aaron Rodgers Tuesdays" is yet to be confirmed, McAfee has lined up a number of former NFL players who will be able to offer their insight and analysis live on the air. Former lineman and Super Bowl champion AQ Shipley is among them.
During Shipley's hit on the show last Friday, McAfee announced AQ will be joining the gang in their new studio, dubbed "The Thunderdome", once a week to highlight and analyze line play.
"The world deserves to know a little bit more about the offensive line," McAfee said prior to making the announcement. "I think the world NEEDS to know a little bit more about the offensive line play."
McAfee said bringing Shipley in will bring great value to the show and allow someone who has actually played o-line to speak intelligently about those positions.
"I'm fired up, boys," Shipley said. "I can't wait to shine the light on the big boys up front and give them the due credit that they all deserve.
