Find out the common theme in the industry. What is the trend you have noticed, the news and common patterns in terms of pain points. Formulate a package based on you expertise to tend to the needs of the market.
What will it take to address those needs it may require knowledge,and more in-depth research so what are the costs associated with this and the result ? It is this that will justify a set price for you to charge clients.
