It's been a week since the Supreme Court decided to overturn Roe v. Wade, and it's still a topic of conversation as former late-night host Jon Stewart took a shot at the chief justices.
Stewart believes the Supreme Court and Fox News have a lot in common during Thursday's podcast episode of "The Problem with Jon Stewart," where Tocarra Mallard and Kris Acimovic joined him to discuss the controversial decision.
The comedian went on to say that the nine judges aren't fair and balanced as he labeled them as the "Fox News of justice."
"In my mind, the idea that this was based in any kind of reasoned debate or philosophical education — the Supreme court is now the Fox News of justice, in my mind," Stewart said.
"It is a cynical pursuit in the same way that Fox News would come out with 'We're fair and balanced' under the patina of what would be a high-status pursuit to the betterment of society, journalism. They are a cynical political arm."
