But what happens in nuclear Pakistan may not stay in Pakistan. Weapon proliferation on all sides of the autocrat/oligarch divide between tyrannic states and plutocratic NATO will be a defining feature of totally messed up Cold War 2. There will be major islands of relative order too.

Weapon proliferation is much more exciting than the Ukraine War. Any weapons leaking from Ukraine into western Europe can maybe contribute to destabilizing EU countries, but it will not be of any major consequence (unless these weapons get into the hands of nationalist rioters when inflation skyrockets and people freeze in the winter).
