Carolina Panthers wide receiver Robbie Anderson found himself in the crosshairs of both Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe on Monday, and Anderson has taken issue with their comments.
Anderson posted on social media his disapproval of the Panthers pursuing the services of Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield. Sharpe said Anderson should sit this out since he's not elite enough to sway front office decisions.
"Robbie Anderson is not the level of player that should have any input in what type of personnel decisions are being made," Sharpe said. "Maybe if he was Davante Adams, maybe if he was Cooper Kupp, Skip...That just goes to show you what players around the league think of Baker."
Bayless was even more ruthless talking about Anderson, pointing out the fact that Anderson is yet to make a Pro Bowl or even play in a playoff game.
"Do you even know what you're talking about, Robby?" Bayless asked.
The two then went on to debate the merits of Mayfield, with Bayless saying that Mayfield is a better QB than current Panthers starter Sam Darnold.
Robbie Anderson caught wind of the comments and responded on Twitter on Tuesday, saying he wanted to hash things out with the Undisputed co-hosts.
No word on if show producers are working on getting Anderson booked for a segment this week, but if it were to happen, plenty of people would tune in.
