Orsillo, who spent 15 seasons calling games alongside Remy for NESN, said he was offered a chance to record a video tribute to his friend, but then the plan for the tribute changed. "Sadly, I was notified by Red Sox/NESN that my video would no longer be needed for tonight's ceremony," Orsillo, now calling games for the San Diego Padres, tweeted on Wednesday.
