In the northeast quadrant of Mopac and US 183 I lay on the ground to photograph a few of them.   ✰ ✰         ✰         ✰ ✰   Judges and lawyers in countries like Russia, China, and North Korea don't act independently. Instead, they do the bidding of the authoritarian régime in power. Unfortunately that seems to be the way the United States is heading.
