Congratulations are in order for Carl Dukes of 92.9 the Game. The Atlanta host will now be heard across the country on CBS Sports Radio. He will be on Sunday mornings from 6 until 10.

The Sunday morning slot has been at the center of plenty of turnover for the network. John Kincade held the spot until earlier this year when he announced he was joining 97.5 the Fanatic in Philadelphia. 670 the Score's Laurence Holmes then took over. Last month on his House of L podcast, Holmes announced that it was a schedule he could not keep up and he stepped away.

Dukes began teasing his announcement on Thursday. He posted on Twitter that something big was coming. He revealed the news of his new opportunity on Friday's edition of Dukes and Bell.

Carl Dukes is used to success in the radio world. He has won multiple awards. He has been on stage sharing his thoughts and opinions on the state of the industry at past BSM Summits. He and partner Mike Bell even have a beer named after their show. Still, national syndication was one goal that had been elusive, until this weekend.
