My friend Niddrie is a very qualified and experienced driving instructor. She has been driving lessons for more than a decade now and has accumulated a lot of experience as a driving instructor. However, even with all her experience, it seems like recently she has seen a large decline in the number of students she is managing to get on the road. And although I do not know the exact reasons behind this, I think it is important to point out that it is not solely the fault of the driving instructors in any way. I would therefore like to have an idea as to what could be done to prevent such a decline in the number of students per driving school in the future.
As Niddrie points out, there are now only three driving instructors in her area, compared to six a few years ago. This naturally translates into a smaller pool of students to manage and therefore a smaller pool of instructors to teach lessons to. This problem is caused by two factors. The first being that there are more female driving instructors now. The second being that since there are more female driving instructors, there are now more female driving instructors around who are more qualified and experienced than before.
Although it may seem like Niddrie's situation is hopeless, there is hope for her. Due to increasing demand for qualified female driving instructors near Niddrie's area, an organization called Women Instructors of Texas is now in place. This organization helps women aspiring to become professional driving instructors in the state of Texas.
The primary goal of Women Inertia is to help women living in the Lone Star State to realize their dream of becoming a professional driving instructor. Members of this organization can help each other by sharing tips they have learned along the way as well as by networking with other like-minded women who are currently pursuing a career as a driving instructor. It also offers many hours of online study courses and counseling. Each member of the organization has been given the responsibility of choosing an area of driving instruction and then pursuing it in order to advance their education towards a certificate in driving instructors.
Although Niddrie is a great candidate for becoming one of the driving instructors of Women Inertia, she realizes that she still has a long way to go in her chosen profession. She has also realized that it may take some time before she is fully ready to accept the challenge of teaching others how to drive. For her, that patience is definitely not a virtue. Her personal motto for living is: "do what you love to do."
In order to become a driving instructor, Niddrie must maintain the same high standards of excellence that she has exhibited throughout her studies. She must also make herself available to offer any assistance to the students she teaches. She also needs to make sure that they are having fun while they are studying. In order to achieve all these goals, Niddrie will have to continue to seek out additional information on the subject and devise new ways of incorporating it into her teaching methodologies.
