They say honesty is the best policy, and Brooks Koepka was blunt with his truth after Bryson Dechambeau passed him during a post-round interview at the PGA Championship.
The two rival golfers have battled on the course but more famously locked horns off of it. Whether it's Dechambeau's slow play or his comments on Koepka's body, the two flat out don't like each other. Fans got another taste of that in an outtake video from Koepka's Golf Channel interview, where he overhears Dechambeau walking by and has to recollect himself.
Golf had an injection of juice over the weekend, with Phil Mickelson winning his sixth major. Yet, critics still go after the sport for being too "civil." There haven't been many rivalries in the sport where two parties actually dislike each other. More Dechambeau/Koepka chippiness could help fuel golf into a new era when Mickelson and Tiger Woods ultimately fade away.
Members of the sports media seem to agree, many loved the video, dubbing it the next phase of golf's latest feud.
